We interacted at Gladius gym this fall and we made a workout as a seminar which I also listed to and
after a few weeks of practice of his movements and training I saw results and me and Chris do share the same thinking about bodybuilding and weight training we will come along just fine I think.
My goal for this year is to compete at the nationals / SM in Alingsås this September and then later do the Tyngre Classics if it will be held and so as Decembercupen and Luciapokalen.
