Absession&Keep it cool :)

Long time, no posts.

Sometimes you just get stressed in life, and in my case I have suffered from energy drainage in combination with working 29 hours in two days due to a very interesting scientific conference that we arranged for researchers in the Nordic countries. I love my work and it’s definitely worth the extra effort that sometimes is necessary to do it well 🙂

Anyway, I have also had the time to travel to Riga in Latvia together with my brother and father for a weekend, which was well needed!

The weekend after that I went to Växjö and tried out a gym there. The locals can’t pronounce ’R’ which caused some confusion when I asked where we were (Växjö Norr – ”Växjö Nooo” 😉 )

Due to all of this stress I have gained weight which I really don’t like because it puts me into a mental breakdown :O However, at the same time as I’ve gained, I also had the most definition on my abs in a while, which has always been an indication of getting into a better form 😀

Peter ’Pepz’ tells me to keep it cool and just continue what I do…  Fortunately it seemed as hormonal changes due to female monthly activities had a great influence on my weight, as well as form, so I will remember to keep it cool 🙂

I got a new training setup from Coach Kristian Sewén, I am so excited about this since it REALLY challenges me, as it makes me smile, cry, suffer, wanna puke, long for next session and develop!!

Have a GREAT weekend everyone!
