Of course, nothing will take the place of eating a good and healthy diet. But taking quality supplements can go along way towards helping you maintain a better level of health.

The first supplement I take is protein powder, it’s so convenient you can take it fast when you are on the go! I like to use it in my shake and my snacks!

I take Omega 3 three times a day, because it mostly improves Cholesterol, bones, skin and can help prevent cancer!

Multivitamin because even if we eat healthy year round no one can get 100% of the daily values of every nutrient that our bodies need.
Weight lifting can be really tough on your bones, that’s why calcium is important and fortunately most of Multivitamins can provide calcium!

I drink my Protein shake immediatly after working out!
Branched chain amino acids are the building blocks of protein, and can help build and maintain muscle through the recovery process.

BCAA is always in my water before, during and after my workout! I use Sparkling lemonade! Yummi!

Fast carbs! Muscle builders need an immediate source of energy for their rigorous workouts. They need to consume high levels of simple carbohydrates after heavy exercise as a source of energy to prevent their body from breaking down muscle proteins to convert into energy. This helps prevent loss of muscle mass after vigorous workouts.
At the moment I have Fast carbs in my shake only after my Leg/glutes workout!

Supplements ensure that you are getting all the nutrients your body needs!
Drink plenty of water each day to help remove toxins and avoid dehydration.

Eat well, train hard, take your supps, rest lots!

I'm 38 years-old and getting ready for my first Bikini Fitness competition (Lucia Pokalen) in november! I workout 5-6 times a week at Progym in Mariatorget, Stockholm. I have a daughter who is 6 years-old and she's my biggest motivation!
